This commitment to performing at a high level is the reason why less than half a year after a major client & campaign change, our team at E&L Global Communications ranks #1 across the nation for the last quarter of 2017 in new customer acquisitions and retention.

Wonder how we did it? The answer is 3-part:

We surrounded ourselves with the best talent!

We knew in order to produce great results for our client, we had to work with the best of the best. Streamlining our recruitment processes, we first tailored our job advertisements to find candidates with HIGH communication and social skills, a 4 year degree or comparable experience, and a desire to grow. These initial qualifications ensured that we were working with relatable, experienced, ambitious individuals; qualifications to find success in any career. Secondly, we made sure to offer an environment suitable to working with Michigan’s finest. Whether we were rolling out new bonuses, complimentary lunches, leadership & management training, or company-sponsored travel, we made it a focus to reward hard work and talent weekly.

We maintained high standards!

A company can have all the talent in the world, but without high standards and expectations, talent can falter.
